FAAN assures traveller of seamless operations at Easter
The Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) has assured the public, especially passengers and airline operators, that necessary operational and security measures have been put in place at all our airports to ensure hitch-free passage of passengers and cargo during the forthcoming Easter holidays.

A statement by spokesman for the agency, Yakubu Dati stated that passenger facilitation at all our airports has also been enhanced by the installation of more modern and bigger conveyor belts and metal walk-through detectors.
He stated that the expansion and modernisation of all the airport terminals in the country now provide better ambience for passenger facilitation and commercial offerings.
“Passengers are hereby advised to take advantage of online portals to book their flights ahead of time and avoid carrying unauthorised items. The Close Circuit Television Cameras (CCTV) mounted around the airport vicinity is to aid the joint security efforts. “
He urged travellers to leave home early on their travel dates, in order to complete their boarding facilities in good time.
